Jackson’s Pointe Commerce Park, built in 2012, is a multi-tenant industrial – warehouse/distribution property. The facility covers 69,120 square feet, which puts tenants 10 minutes from the PA Turnpike – 30 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh, and 5 minutes from Cranberry Township. The Jackson Pointe project was one of many new developments that changed the face of Jackson Township in the late 2010s.
