The Bridge on Forbes is a ten-story upscale urban apartment that houses students and professionals in the city of bridges – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Partner Desmone Architects utilized concrete floors, exposed beams, and metal throughout the space to combine industrial warmth and hometown spirit. In addition to 197 units, the 301,000-square-foot complex consists of a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard, collaborative workspaces, and more. The project also utilizes DELTABEAM, which allows the building to gain an extra floor while remaining within the confines of the restricted building height.
